Website purchases

Purchases made through the SpinForce website carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the purchase date for manufacturing faults only.

This warranty covers faults caused by manufacturing. Issues caused by other reasons are not covered by this warranty.

Register or report a fault

To report a suspected manufacturing fault, use our manufacturing-fault claim form. Provide your order number, purchase date, contact details, serial number if available, and a description of the fault. Email your invoice and supporting photos or video to rpevplecommerce@gmail.com, using your order number as the subject.

Our team will review the purchase information and reported fault and confirm the next steps. Submitting the form does not itself confirm that a claim is covered.

Amazon purchases

Amazon purchases follow the warranty terms offered with that Amazon purchase. This website warranty is separate. Use your Amazon order for support, or contact us with your Amazon order number.

Proof of purchase is required. Any longer warranty offered with an earlier purchase remains valid. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

This manufacturer's warranty is claimable in India only and covers manufacturing defects in the battery, motor or housing. It excludes damage caused by physical impact, water ingress or misuse, and normal accessory wear. Proof of purchase is required. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights or any longer warranty offered with an earlier purchase.

Replacement remedy

For an accepted manufacturing-defect claim, our commercial warranty provides a replacement. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds. Please contact us before sending a product and follow our Returns, Replacements and Refunds policy for claim instructions and return-shipping arrangements. This does not restrict returns, refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
